Custom Plastic Injection Molding, Stamping & Assembly of Brackets for License Plates

The license plate bracket highlighted in the photograph here represents the typical kind of assembly that we supply to the automotive industry in high volumes. At All-Rite Industries, our comprehensive manufacturing, assembly, and packaging capabilities allowed this client to streamline their supply chain activities for a global manufacturing initiative.

We supply this product in multiple sizes and all of the assembly is done right here inside our Lake Zurich facility. This frame consists of an injection molded polypropylene/polyethylene blend frame with stamped high carbon steel spring clips and bushings. Each assembled frame and fastener kit is shipped with a vehicle-specific, color-coordinated bag that we heat seal prior to shipping.

We produce all of our automotive products, including this one, according to automotive and SAE standards. Quality assurance involves spectrophotometer readings to ensure precise color match, flatness and attribute inspections, as well as visual inspections.

In total, we manufacture, assemble, package, label, and ship more than 100,000 of these license plate brackets on an annual basis. Our consistent quality and reliable delivery supports the client’s ongoing production activities in the United States, Russia, and China.
