All-Rite Industries maintains a state of the art, fully staffed tooling design and build department. We are your single source for tooling design, pre-production, and production tooling. The facility includes AutoCAD for tool design and full CAD/CAM capability, creating quick turn around times and cost containment. We have direct electronic file transfer capability for most formats including IGES. Our CNC wire EDM produces tight tolerances and reduces manufacturing times. In-house tooling design and manufacturing means tighter quality tools, better design, and lower costs. We are able to manufacture pre-production tooling quickly and to develop production tooling with less delay than other manufacturers that utilize outside tooling sources.

Production capability ranges from pre-production samples to multi-million piece production runs. All-Rite industries utilizes high precision production equipment to produce ISO/TS16949 level quality parts, including punch presses, four-slides, CNC hybrid spring coilers, injection molding presses, insert molding presses, and other secondary operation equipment.
All-Rite Industries is a direct supplier to Ford and GM as well as many Tier One suppliers. As a J.I.T. supplier, we utilize E.D.I. to perform multiple daily interfaces to check customer inventory and to generate All-Rite industries daily shipping schedules. Your requirements may not be as stringent as these, however, our Production Planning System allows us to meet all of our customers needs.
